How to cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, please log in to your account and click on the settings icon in the upper right corner. Under the account settings, click the "Subscriptions" submenu and then "Cancel."

After canceling the subscription, you can use the database until the end of the subscription period, but the subscription will no longer be automatically renewed for a new period and additional payments will not be deducted from your payment card.

Does the subscription fee include VAT?

At the moment, the price of the subscription fee does not include VAT, as the service provider is not subject to VAT. When the service provider becomes a VAT payer, the price of the subscription fee will include VAT (i.e. the total amount of the fee will not change).

Use of the database

Do the sample documents comply with current law?

The compliance of the sample documents with the applicable law has not been checked and the documents are intended to be used as a model for drafting a document corresponding to a specific situation and the applicable law.

How to log out of the user account?

To log out of the user account, please click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen, which will take you to the account settings page. There, click the "Logout" submenu.

Customer support can be contacted by email. To do so, please write to info@magilex.ee. The helpdesk usually responds very quickly, but depending on the workload, within 1 working day at the latest.
